PAYMENT PLAN
Each house will be delivered “turn key” ready to move in.
STEP 1 WOULD BE PURCHASE THE LAND +- €66.000 and the payment of number 1 stated below.
• 1º – 10% – Signing of the contract.
• 2º – 10% – At the start of construction.
• 3º – 20% – End of the concrete foundation structure. Defined in construction schedule.
• 4º – 20% – Exterior walls, interior walls, fittings, and floors. Defined in construction schedule.
• 5º – 20% – Exterior works, windows, doors, installations, and coverings. Defined in construction schedule.
• 6º – 20% – Final payment at the signing of the deed.
Note: This payment schedule can be assessed and adapted in certain cases on individual basis and needs of the buyer.
